Compliance Subcommittee

The Compliance Subcommittee's role is to support the Management Company in accurately and efficiently inspecting properties in accordance with the Sun City Carolina Lakes Community Association (SCCLCA) governing documents and reporting results of the inspections to homeowners and the Board of Directors. 

The Subcommittee will coordinate with Management Company supervisors to develop scheduling, inspection protocols, reports, violation letter formats, training and education requirements. In addition, the Subcommittee will conduct walk-alongs, follow-up training and new inspector training as deemed necessary by the Subcommittee team or when requested by the Management Company supervisors.
