The Ambassador Subcommittee members are resident volunteers that provide private tours of the SCCL Community. Tours consist of learning about the SCCL Activities, Clubs, and Groups. Tours consist of the Amenities, and Neighborhoods of SCCL

Private Community Tours

Tours are now available Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday of each Week.

We are largely a socially driven community with over 170 clubs and groups plus activities including: tennis, pickleball, hiking, 7 miles of trails, disc golf, and an expansive Waters Edge Park along the Catawba River.

This is an Active Independent Lifestyle Community. We do not offer transportation, or healthcare services. Our community provides almost all communications electronically through e mail or our website which can be viewed via computer, smart phone or tablet.

It is always preferred to request a tour by clicking the link above, However, if you desire a tour while visiting our community.
Either set your navigator to: Lakehouse, 1353 Del Webb Blvd, Indian land, SC or
-Enter the Community --Head south from Charlotte on Hwy 521.
-When you get to the Sun City water display on the right side make a right into the community.
-You will be on Del Webb Blvd. Lakehouse will be on your left.

We cannot always accommodate impromptu tours as they are dependent on the availability of a Resident Ambassador.
