Carriage Homes

The Carriage Homes neighborhood is a unique cluster of condominium style homes (78 units) within Sun City Carolina Lakes (SCCL). With exterior maintenance and landscaping care provided, the Carriage Homes offer carefree living.  

While Carriage Homes is part of the Sun City Carolina Lakes HOA with all of its wonderful amenities, it has its own condominium owners association (COA), Board of Directors and governance. Carriage Homes condominium owners are members of both associations.

The Carriage Homes are conveniently located half way between the Lake House and the Lodge, the social and recreation centers of SCCL. Just before the Grackle Drive entrance to the neighborhood, you pass the Grandchildren's Playground and the golf course club house. And as you enter the neighborhood you will see a lake with lighted fountains that creates a beautiful vista.
