Eagle Ridge

Eagle Ridge was among the first neighborhoods built in Sun City. Begun in 2006, our main streets are Raven Crest, Hawks View, and Mallard Drive. We span the main high-tension power lines with East and West Tern to the north and a piece of Dovekie to the south. We are 247 homes, the largest neighborhood in Sun City Carolina Lakes, sitting on 60.19 acres.
