Fairway Downs

Fairway Downs, Pod F, comprises 35 homes on Gadwell Place and Teal Court. It is located almost equidistant between the Lake House and the Lodge as you cross under the Duke power lines on Del Webb Blvd. headed toward Sun City Blvd. It is a right turn just before the 10th Tee of the golf course.

Our Neighborhood

Fairway Downs (Pod F) is a friendly neighborhood of 70+ residents. we are an active community with many planned events and fun activities. We tend to celebrate holidays, special occasions and new neighbors-gathering on "The Green" at the intersection of Gadwell and Teal Court.
